Returns

  • You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Include the delivery note or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service through our Contact page.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive detailed instructions by email.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we will refund the full amount of the returned item. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Return Items

  • Sale or promotional items are final sales unless defective.
  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned.
